Employers with 100 or more employees, and federal government direct, or first tier sub, contractors with 50 or more employees are required to file EEO-1 reports by March 31,2018.

An EEO-1 report states the number of employees by race, national origin and sex in various categories of jobs.  The form and filing instructions are available on the EEOC’s website.
