The pandemic pause in the EEOC’s collection of demographic data on the American workforce is over.  By July 19, 2021, covered employers (generally 100 employees for private companies; 50, if a federal government contractor) must file reports for 2019 and 2020.  The report is submitted on a form available on the EEOC website, which requires reporting sex, race, and ethnicity counts of employees in the total workforce and in each of nine job categories.
