Revised Connecticut FMLA Law

Connecticut employers should be alert to a new obligation effective July 1, 2022.  The revised Connecticut Family & Medical Leave Act requires employers to provide employees notice of their primary rights under that statute and the possible availability of paid leave benefits accessible from the CT Paid Leave Authority for leave taken under the statute.  Why re-invent the wheel?  The Connecticut Department of Labor’s website has a model notice.
